Hallo lieve lezers, vandaag weer een nieuwe swatch. Sorry dat ik zo onregelmatig dingen post, de ene keer komen er per week super veel dingen online en dan is het weer even stil. Dat kan op dit moment niet anders, ik zit middenin examens. Sowieso doe ik nog mee met de maandelijkse challenge, maar ik moet toch proberen weer regelmatiger te posten J Vandaag in ieder geval een nieuwe swatch. Hello dear readers, todayI have again a newswatch to share with you. Sorry for posting so irregular the past weeks, sometimes I post a lot of things in a short period of time, and before I know it, I haven’t posted anything in a week. At this point I really can’t help it, I’m in the middle of exams, but I’ll do my best to keep posting for you. Anyways I still jointhe monthly challenge, but I have to try to post more regular. Oke, hoe is dit lakje me bevallen? Het viel me gelijk op dat deze lak je nagels mooi bedekt. Ik had twee dunne laagjes nodig. De lak bevat een lichte glans, en ik heb nog niet een kleur als deze in mijn stash dus dat kwam goed uit J De naam spreekt me ook aan, aangezien ik veel naar punk en rock luister haha. Dat was ook de reden dat mijn vriendin dit lakje voor me gekocht had. Al met al is deze lak me goed bevallen, hij is niet echt grijs, net echt bruin. Een leuk kleurtje voor dit seizoen! Mijn nagels beginnen weer wat langer te worden, althans op deze foto’s waren ze nog lang, inmiddels zijn ze weer iets korter, oeps!
Okay, did I like this polish? I noticed right away that this varnish nicely covered all my nails. I neededtwo thin layers. The lacquer has a slight shine, and I do not have a color like this in mystash so that was good to start with. The name also appeals to me as I listen to punk and rock haha.That was the reason that my best friend, had purchased this polish for me. All in all, I liked this one, it’s not really gray, and not brown as well. A nice color for this season! My nails are starting to be a little longer, at least in these pictures they were still long, nowthey are slightly shorter again, oops!

~Swatches~ Saffron No. 05 Orange Cream

 
Yeah, time goes way to fast, today it’s time for the last swatch in the round up of Saffron swatches. But no worries, there will be more post very soon. This last post has a whole new polish for you guys. It’s a lovely orange shade, and although I am not that much of an orange fan, I have to say that this polish got me excited! So continue reading for all the the details, the pics, my honest opinion. I’m very curious what you guys think!
 



In this last post of the ~Swatches~ Saffron zal ik de kleur No. 05 Orange Cream met jullie delen. Een mooi orange kleurtje, maar is de kwaliteit ook goed op je nagels? Oranje lakken hebben nog wel eens de neiging om niet lekker te dekken. Deze lak heeft een vrij dikke formule, terwijl je wel drie lagen nodig hebt om je nagels te bedekken. Daarom moet je je nagels tussen ieder laagje opnieuw lang laten drogen. Maar uiteindelijk vind ik het wel een mooi resultaat. De kleur bevat een lichte glans, en hij komt mooi over. Ik vind oranje kleuren wel moeilijk te combineren, en om eerlijk te zijn is dit mijn minst favoriete van de drie lakken die ik de afgelopen tijd met jullie deelde! Maar al met al heeft deze collectie me niet teleur gesteld.

In this last postof the Swatches I will share the Saffron colorNo. 05 Orange Cream with you. A beautifulorange color, but is the quality also good foryour nails? Orange paints still have a tendency not to cover that great. This paint has a fairly thick formula, and you need threelayers to cover your nails. Therefore, you must dry your nails between each layer. But ultimately Ithink it is a good result. The color has a light shine, and it's easy to apply. I find it difficult to combine orange colors, andto be honest this is my least favorite of the three paints which I shared with you thelast week! But all in all, this collection has not disappointed me.

~Swatches~ Saffron No. 43 Bikini Blue

 
Hello Guys, today It’s time for my second polish in the round up of Saffron shades that I’m sharing with you guys this week. As you can read, I’m doing the introduction in English just to save myself some time really. The review part itself will still always be in both English and Dutch. So yeah, I just want to test my English skills that’s all. I think that it feels much more free if you don’t always have to choose for both. So weird, I really can express myself better in English, maybe I’ve listened to much English rock music the past week J haha But Whatever Let’s go to the second polish of this week’s round up.



Deze tweede post van ~Swatches~ Saffron gaat over No. 43 Bikini Blue. Dit is een mooie lichtblauwe kleur. Vaak bedekken dit soort lichte kleuren je nagels niet goed, maar dat viel echt mee! Ik had maar twee lagen nodig om mijn nagels te bedekken, en de lak droogde zo snel op! De lak bevat geen glans, wat wel prettig is bij het maken van nail arts J Ik ben altijd gek op licht blauwe kleuren, al zijn die wel moeilijker te combineren met je kleding. Maar ach nagels zijn er om op te vallen he!

This second post of the SwatchesSaffron is about No.43 Bikini Blue.This is a beautiful light blue color. Often this type of light colors do not apply that well on your fingernails, but it really was not that bad this time! I have onlyneeded two layers to cover my nails, and the paintdries up so quickly! The paint does not shine, which is quite comfortable with making nail arts and I'm always fond of lightblue colors, though they are more difficult to combine with your clothes. But heynails are there to stand out!

~Swatches~ Saffron No. 13 Magic Plum

 
In this post I’ll share the first swatches of this week swatch marathon from the Saffron London Nail Polish Collection! I have three posts to share with you, and in this post I’ll will start with the first shade. I’m going to share a lot of pictures of the shades, and give my honest opinion on these polishes! I’m very curious what you guys think, especially since I haven’t posted that much for a while, and this week I’m sharing four posts instead of ehhh really no post ;) Enjoy!! 



De eerste post van ~Swatches~ Saffron is van dit paarse lakje genaamd No. 13 Magic Plum. Deze lak bracht ik op mijn nagels aan met drie dunne laagjes, maar wanneer je dat doet, droogt de lak wel snel op. Deze kleur bevat een lichte glans, daardoor brengt hij vrij transparant aan, maar dit is dan ook een hele lichte kleur. Niet gek dus, dat je een paar laagjes nodig hebt. Al met al vind ik dat hij er mooi uitkomt op mijn nagels, en ik zou graag een mooie nail art met deze lichte kleur willen maken. Ik heb nog niet veel van dit soort kleuren, dus ik ben enthousiast!

The first post of the Saffron swatches is this purple polish named No.13 Magic Plum.I applied this varnish on my nailswith three thin layers, but when you do, the paint dries very quickly. This color has a light shine, so it applies quitetransparent, but this is also a very light color. So it’s not weird, you need a couple of layers. All in all I think it is pretty nice on mynails, and Iwould like to make a beautiful nail art with this light color. I do not have many of these colors, so I'm excited!

Hierboven kunnen jullie de manicure zien die ik deze maand gemaakt heb. Ik liet me inspireren door het retro thema, maar wist eigenlijk van tevoren niet wat ik wilde maken. Ik vond dit een moeilijk thema omdat je letterlijk alles kan verzinnen, zolang het maar een opvallend patroontje is. Ik besloot twee kleuren te pakken, zodat die retro vibe er een beetje inkwam. Ik besloot steeds met tegengestelde kleuren de French manicure te maken. Ook vulde ik mijn nagels meer in door stippen aan te brengen, waarin ik dan weer nieuwe stippen plaatste! En ik maakte nog driekhoekjes aan de zijkanten van mijn nagels! Hieronder zie je alle prachtige nail arts die de anderen hebben gemaakt!
 

Above, you can see the manicureI've made this month. I was inspired by theretro theme, but  didn't actually knew beforehand what I wanted to make. I found this a difficult topic because you literally can invent anything as long as it is a striking pattern.I decided to pick two colors, so they could make that retro look, when I would combine them.I always ended with opposite colors to make the French manicure. I also filled this nail art on myfingernails with dots, which I againset using new spots! AndI made some other triangles on the sides of my nails! Ook deze maand zijn er weer allemaal mooie creaties gemaakt. Ik ben benieuwd welke nail art jullie het best geluk vinden.
